This hotel has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the scenery. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a very cozy romantic escape. Finally, the location was perfect for us, it was close to some great restaurants and shops.

There was dust and dirt in many places, which made us uncomfortable. the Wi-Fi was very unreliable and we had trouble connecting.

The hotel has a great location and the staff is helpful and kind. the bathroom and rooms were clean and comfortable, polished by a great amount of natural light. Breakfast had big portions, and the wifi was reliable. the hotel area was safe and vast with outlets near beds.

There was a mosquito problem that made it difficult to relax at night.

Spent Christmas in a hotel near the airport and it was very convenient as the hotel was a few minutes away from the town center. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always offering to help with our needs. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for family stays. the breakfast buffet and restaurant offered a great variety of foods to choose from, my kids loved the pancakes and bacon. We also enjoyed the pool area and the cozy lounge where we relaxed and watched some Christmas movies.

The wifi internet was a bit slow and intermittent, which was a bit of a problem when trying to book excursions online. some items in the restaurant were out of stock, which was disappointing for our Christmas dinner.

We had an early morning flight and the hotel staff was kind enough to accommodate our request for breakfast before our departure. The food was delicious and gave us a nice start to the day. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and its location is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and pleasant experience during our short stay.
